Who we are

Your account

You log in with your email and a one-time code; keep access to that email secure. You're responsible for orders placed from your account. You must be 18 or older, or use the site with a parent's or guardian's involvement. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or to hold pieces without buying.

The pieces

Every item is pre-loved and one of one. We describe each piece honestly, with a condition grade, flat measurements, and photos of any flaw we find. Colours can look slightly different on different screens. Brand names belong to their owners; we resell genuine second-hand items and aren't affiliated with those brands.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and include all applicable taxes. Shipping is shown before you pay. Payment is taken online through Razorpay; we never see or store your card or UPI details. An "original price" shown crossed out is the item's retail price when new, for reference.

Holds and orders

Adding a piece to your cart holds it for you for a limited time (shown in your cart). When the hold ends, the piece goes back on sale. A piece is yours only once your payment is confirmed; you'll get an order confirmation by email.

If two payments for the same piece arrive at the same moment, the first confirmed payment gets it and the other is refunded in full. We may also cancel and refund an order if a listing contained an obvious error (for example a wrong price).

Using the site

Don't misuse the site: no automated buying or scraping, no attempts to get around holds or limits, and no interfering with how it works. Photos and text on the site belong to Karma Enterprises and can't be reused without permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Grievances and disputes

Grievance officer, karmaenterprises2021blr@gmail.com, +91 70199 22967. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month. These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in Bengaluru have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Orders are covered by the terms in force when you placed them.
