Every piece ships from Bengaluru, packed by hand, tracked from our door to yours.

Where we ship
Anywhere in India that our courier partners deliver to, which covers almost every pincode. We don't ship outside India yet.
What it costs
Shipping is free on every order right now. The exact amount is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay; there are no extra charges at the door.
When it ships
We pack and hand your order to the courier within 1 to 2 working days of payment (Monday to Saturday, except public holidays). On drop days, with many orders at once, it can take a day longer.
Orders from one checkout ship together in one parcel.
How long delivery takes
- Bengaluru and nearby: usually 1 to 3 days after dispatch
- Metro cities: usually 2 to 5 days
- Rest of India: usually 4 to 8 days
Tracking
As soon as your parcel leaves us you'll get an email with the courier name, tracking number and a tracking link. You can also follow it any time under Your account → Orders.
Payment
Orders are paid online at checkout (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) through Razorpay. Cash on delivery isn't available at the moment.
If something goes wrong
If the tracking hasn't moved for 3 days, the parcel arrives damaged or opened, or the courier marks it delivered but you don't have it, tell us within 48 hours at karmaenterprises2021blr@gmail.com or through the contact form. Please don't accept a parcel that looks tampered with.
If a parcel is lost by the courier, we refund you in full. If the courier can't deliver because the address was wrong or no one was available after their attempts, the parcel comes back to us and we refund the piece price; the shipping cost can't be refunded.
