What we collect

• Account: your email, and the name, mobile number and sizes you choose to add
• Delivery addresses you save
• Orders: what you bought, amounts, and payment references from Razorpay (never your card or UPI details)
• Sign-in details: the devices and browsers you're logged in on, so you can see and log them out
• Waitlist: your name and email
• Messages you send us through the contact form or email

Why we use it

• To log you in, take payment, and deliver and support your orders
• To send order emails (confirmation, shipping, refunds)
• To send drop alerts, only if you leave them on
• To keep the site safe (for example limiting repeated login attempts)

Who we share it with

Only the services that run the shop, and only what each one needs:

• Razorpay, to take payments
• Our courier partner, your name, phone and address, to deliver your parcel
• Our email provider, to send login codes and order emails
• Our hosting and database providers, which store the site's data

We don't sell your data or share it for advertising.

Cookies and your device

We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in. Your recently viewed pieces are remembered in your own browser only. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Account details stay while your account is open. Order and invoice records are kept as long as tax law requires (currently up to 8 years). Expired login codes and sessions are deleted automatically.

Your choices

You can edit your details and addresses, turn drop alerts off and log out other devices in your account at any time. To get a copy of your data or delete your account, write to karmaenterprises2021blr@gmail.com; we'll respond within 30 days. Order records we must keep by law are retained even after an account is deleted.
